Pipeline: Update Resource Tag

Selectively update the set of tags on a specific resource.

Params

conn	connection.azure	Yes	Name of Azure connection to use. If not provided, the default Azure connection will be used.	`connection.azure.default`
operation	string	Yes	The update operation. Options are Merge, Replace and Delete.	-
resource_id	string	Yes	The resource identifier for the entity being tagged. A resource, a resource group or a subscription may be tagged.	-
tags	map	Yes	The tags to be updated on the resource. Example tagKey:tagValue.	-
